Note: Registration fee will be charged in JPY (Japanese Yen).

*If you are from one of the countries classified as Low-Income Economy, Lower-Middle-Income Economy or Upper-Middle-Income Economy by the World Bank, you are eligible for reduced rates as Developing countries.

The registration fee includes full access to all sessions, coffee breaks and conference materials including a bag, name badge and program book. An additional fee is required for the field visit on 9 November 2017.

3 hotels are available for reservation through the online system. Accommodation fee should be paid by credit card when you book a room. Rooms will be reserved on first-come first-served basis.

Field visit

The Local Organizing Committee will organize 3 courses. The reservation method for bus seats is same as the registration system of the symposium.

A. Saga Course

8:30: Start from the Grande Hagakure (AWS venue) by bus
Morning: Saga City Garbage Disposal Facilities / Saga Water-management Historical Center and Ishiibi Water Intake Historical Facility
Afternoon: Higashiyoka-higata (tidal flat) Ramsar Site / Old Mietsu Naval Dock Site (World Heritage) / Saga Balloon Museum
17:00: Back to the Grande Hagakure

B. Kashima Course

9:00: Start from the Grande Hagakure (AWS venue) by bus
Morning: Hizen Kashima-higata (tidal flat) Ramsar Site / Yutoku Inari-jinja Shrine
Afternoon: Hizen Hamashuku historical townscape / Local Products Market Kashima and Mudflat Observation House
17:30: Back to the Grande Hagakure

C. Arao Course

8:00: Start from the Grande Hagakure (AWS venue) by bus
Morning: Isahaya Reclaimed land / Cross the Ariake Sea by ferry
Afternoon: Mandako Coal Mine (World Heritage) / Arao-higata (tidal flat) Ramsar Site
18:30: Back to the Grande Hagakure
